Talk to him and agree to his offer (which means giving away 20,000 Yen). Keep doing this every evening until you end up giving him 40,000 Yen in total to begin this social link. Unfortunately, you won't get your money back as a result.

Provided that you see him every night if he's there, the earliest you can properly unlock this in on 6/13.

Get to Rank 4 of the Chariot Social Link and talk to Rio to hear about the monk . During the Evening, head over to Escapade club at Paulownia Mall to find Mutatsu sitting upstairs by himself. You'll ask you to get a drink for him so talk to the barman underneath. He'll ask you to take the customers orders so go around and take everyone's orders. Return to the barman and give him the orders, the drinks being Bloody Mary, Magarita , Screwdriver and Oolong Tea.

Every now and again at school you'll be asked a question by your teacher (or sometimes helping out Junpei). Successfully answering the question slightly increases your Charm. There is no penalty for getting questions wrong. You'll also have to do exams during mid-terms and so fourth which normally consist of five questions and an Academics check on the last day to fully calculate your score. So correctly answering all the questions and having Academics maxed to Genius will result in the highest score of your class. If you do well in your exams, Mitsuru will give you a reward depending on how well you do.

This is the list of social links that are available in the game, as well as their schedule. Most of the school-based links are not available during exams. Some links will require that your social stats are at a certain level and a few will require that you perform specific tasks before you can start them. Stats can be raised from doing outside activities such as studying, eating at restaurants, watching movies, or answering the right questions in class. One of the benefits of raising social links is to quickly level your Personas of matching arcana during fusion. Also, if you max out a social link then you will gain the ability to fuse the strongest Persona from that arcana.


Fool:
SEES: This link is leveled up through story events.

Magician:
Classmate: Only available in the male walkthrough. Starts automatically in April. Available on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays in the classroom.
Junpei Iori: Only available in the female walkthrough. Starts automatically in April. Available on Tuesdays and Thursdays inside the classroom. Note that Junpei will be unavailable during the middle months of the game.

Priestess:
Fuuka Yamagishi: As a male, you need level 6 courage during September. As a female, you need level 2 courage during June. Available Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays in the 2nd floor classroom hall.

Unusual Monk: This becomes accessible after the Strength link reaches level 4 for male or the Chariot link reaches level 3 for female. To start this, you must do an errand for the bartender during any day of availability. Available Thursdays through Sundays at the Escapade Club.

Star:
Rival Athlete: Only available during the male playthrough. You need level 4 courage during August. Available everyday except Sunday at the Iwatodai Strip Mall.
Akihiko Senada: Only available during the female playthrough. You need level 4 charm during late May and is available Mondays and Fridays in the laboratory hall.

Moon:
Gourmet King: Only available for the male playthrough. This link is accessible after the Classmate social link reaches level 3. You must have level 4 charm to start. Available everyday except Sundays at the Paulownia Mall.
Shinjiro Aragaki: Only available in the female playthrough. This link is accessible in early September and is only available for 11 days, usually on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays in the dorm lounge. After you rank him up to 9, you need to get the pocketwatch from the police station before you can reach 10.

Sun:
Dying Young Man: This becomes accessible after the Girl at the Shrine social link reaches level 3. You must have level 4 academics to start. Available on Sundays at the Naganaki Shrine.

Judgement:
Nyx Annihilation Team: Levels up automatically as you climb up the 6th block of Tartarus.

Aeon:

How to be Shinjiro/ Akihiko girlfriend

How Do I Become Shinjiro's & Akihiko's Girl?

In the PSP version of "Persona 3," also known as "Shin Megami Tensei 3," you will have the opportunity to play as a female protagonist. Opt to play as a female and one of your secondary goals can be to become one of the male characters' "girl" and date him. Two of your choices are moody outcast Shinjiro and his best friend, pampered rich boy Akihiko. If you choose Shinjiro, you will even change his fate and -- spoiler alert here -- keep him from dying in the game.

1.Increase your academic, charm and courage ratings. These three ratings will raise your social link score. The higher your social link score, the better chance you have of wooing any of the potential boyfriends.

2.Speak with Shinjiro at every opportunity. The more you speak with him, the more you will raise your connection level with him. After October 4th, in-game time, you can begin dating him if you have spoken with him every time you could.

3.Continue to speak with him when he's confined to a hospital bed and confess that you love him when given the opportunity. Dissuade him from putting himself down and continue to choose dialog options that show him you care about him. Eventually, he will confess that he loves your character as well. This will keep him alive.

you'll need to max out his social link before the 4th of October where an extra scene may be initiated and give you the opportunity to confess your love to him. Also, in case you haven't finished the game yet so I won't give anything away, you should really give Shinjiro his missing pocket watch before the full moon in October, which can be done through Level 9 of his social link
Opens on 9/7. You'll find Shinjiro hanging out at the lobby of the dorm during the evening. Just talk to him to begin this social link.

Akihiko's Girl

1.Maximize your charm, courage and academic scores to max out your social link score. This will give you an advantage with Akihiko, who is a little more difficult to pursue than Shinjiro.

2 .Speak with Akihiko at every opportunity. Choose only flattering dialog options.

3.Select the three vital dialog options. Most of the time, simple flattery will raise your connections with Akihiko. However, three instances occur in which you must choose certain dialogue or you will never have the opportunity to be Akihiko's girl. When he says, "Oh, no, it was just a rumor I heard. Sorry," reply: "Don’t get the wrong idea, Senpai." When he later says, "Do you think I’m...strange?" reply: "You're charming." Lastly, when he says, "...It’s the weirdest thing," reply: "You're in love." This will prompt him to ask you out.
